Yesterday, a few of our team members joined in the annual Labor Day Parade in Randolph! It was a beautiful day filled with sunshine, smiles, and so many great connections with members of the community. ❀️

Last night, we had the absolute honor of celebrating 28 years with our beloved Lori Hopp! πŸ₯‚

Lori has been part of our family since the days of Twin Shores, and she has truly weathered it all with us β€” changing ownership, countless staff transitions, COVID, and all of the highs and lows that come with nearly three decades in the restaurant business.

Through it all, Lori has remained a constant.

She has a heart of gold, a smile that can brighten a room, and a genuine love for our guests, her coworkers, and The Shores. To know Lori is to love Lori, and we are incredibly lucky to have had her by our side for the last 28 years.

@everyone WOW, I am deeply humbled & honored by this post, not to mention unexpected & emotionally touched by the sea of comments by soooo many friends & customers of this amazing establishment…”The Shores of FoxLake” πŸ₯ΉπŸ₯Ή While 28 yrs is not necessarily a mile stone, I started waitressing when I was 12 at my folks family restaurant Hopp’s. Adding 27 yrs there, I have been serving for 55 yrs…& that my friends IS a life of serviceπŸ₯° I am so very grateful to Chuck allowing me to work here from the transitioning of “Twin” to The Shores, the cabins, and the Drunken Clam! So many regulars, becoming good friends, new customers becoming regulars & good friends 😍 I’ve seen countless change of staff (which is understandable) because who makes a career in the service industry? I DO! It’s all I know, & it is my passionπŸ₯° Also thank you Chuck for allowing me to make Hopps pizzas there, & keeping the legacy of my folks alive! All 3 of my kids worked here, & my best years have been with Kelsey☺️ She is my go to, my backbone, I’m so proud of you & I love you ❀️ Cheers πŸ₯‚to Chuck, to every customer who has ever been here, & to every staff member I’ve worked with!
